歡迎來到台灣動物基金會台中分部，我們是由一群來自不同國家的人們因為有著相同的保護台灣地區的流浪動物的理念而結合在一起。對於台灣地區的流浪動物我們每個人都有著不一樣的動機和想法，但是我們一致的觀點是：我們都深深的關心愛護動物。我們希望台灣有一天不會再有流浪動物的問題，希望能有更多的人們加入我們幫助我們收養照顧這些無家可歸動物。我們也希望透過TNC、CNR〈結紮放養計畫〉來有效控制流浪動物的數量而非慘忍不人 道的補殺。我們也希望能夠透過教育的方式，讓我們身在台灣的下一代也能夠像我們一般關心動物、了解並且保護動物；希望透過教育、結紮放養計畫以及認養、領養這些流浪動物...等方式，能夠漸漸的解決流浪動物問題。

Welcome to Taichung PAWS.  We are a group of concerned people from various countries who have joined together to care for homeless animals in the Taichung area.  Each of us has different motivations and ideas about homeless animals in Taiwan, but we have one thing in common:  that we all care deeply about animals.  We want to see some changes in our local society.  We hope that there will no more homeless animals in Taiwan.  We hope that more people will adopt and care for animals.  We hope that people will stop killing animals and choose TNR (trap/neuter/release) to control homeless animal populations.
