Notice：
minimum 1 month before departure
Documents
needed： photocopy of passenger's passport and ARC,
also need all flight details
(needed to apply for export and import papers with the
Bureau of Animal and Plant health Inspections and Quarantine
)
Procedure：
- contact us with your flight
details. Later send us the photocopy of your passport
and ARC. On your departure day a volunteer will
meet you at the airport with the animal(s) and relevant
documents.
- arrive at the airport 3 hours
before the flight so that the animals papers can be
checked at the quarantine desk first.
- then you will check in. Any fees
will be paid for by our volunteer
- IF there is a stopover ask to take
your animal out to stretch it's legs and go to the
bathroom. Please fill up water etc and check cage for
soiling, extra bedding etc will be provided
- Upon arrival in your destination
country collect your baggage as usual, then proceed to
the "fragile" baggage desk where your animal(s) will be
waiting
- Pass through Animal and Plant
Inspection and Quarantine (show them the documents and
pay a fee ( Canada )
- As you walk out through arrivals
you will be met by the new foster family picking the
animal up
